Water Valve Replacement Drags On

Large Valve Replacement A contractor working for WASA has been replacing a large water/sewer valve at the intersection of 5th and Quincy for weeks. I haven’t been counting, nor do I know how long it should take, but it does seem to be dragging on.

Based on the temporary no parking signs, work looks like it began on or about April 6th.
