  1. Louisa Barker Says:

I think that it is sad that you are promoting a circus that contains wild animals. Do you not know the abuse that these animals go through? Animals perform not because they want to, but because they are afraid not too. The ringling bros. especially have been up on countless charges of animal abuse, go to youtube and have a look at all the footage.
Elephants are herd animals that travel upto 25 miles a day, foraging for food, and bathing. It is not their natural behaviour to be chained up by the feet for upto 23 hours a day, they feed, urinate and defecate all in the same spot, and use blow torches to remove all their hair so they ‘look better’. It breaks all the 5 freedoms of the animal welfare code. No wonder there have been so many cases of attacks from them, and then they get shot! PLEASE I urge you to have a look at the footage, I hope you are as horrified as I was and do not further promote these circuses.

  2. I totally agree with Louisa’s comments and have to say that it is sad to see the phrase: “if you want to do something with the kids…come to the cirrcus”. Parents should teach their children the truth about the abuses that go on and that these elephants have horrible lives. Why mask the truth and continue using these poor animals for our entertainment? My daughter doesn’t ever want to go to one of these sadistic shows and instead hopes the animals are one day free of this.

get with the times! Circuses are evil!

  3. Woop! Totaly with these guys!
