The Washington Post featured the Georgetown neighborhood in the January 6, 2007, article Divided by Lore, United by History.

BOUNDARIES: Georgetown is bounded by the Potomac River on the south, Rock Creek to the east, Burleith and Glover Park to the north, with Georgetown University on the west end of the neighborhood.georgetowndc1855
