April 16, 1903: A squad of Sixth precinct policemen, under the leadership of Sergt. Goss, made a raid on a poker game in the rear basement room in the house at 173 H street, NW. Harry C. Gray, twenty-five years old, it was alleged, conducted the game. The house was occupied as a residence by Gray’s mother.poker_20cards
