May 28, 1926: A review of the work of the recreational clubs of the Columbia Heights Community Center took place at the Wilson Normal auditorium, Eleventh and Harvard streets northwest. Entertainment was provided by the Wilson Players, directed by Mrs. A.M. Poston; the Junior Dramatic club, directed by Mrs. Laura J. Bogue; the rhythmic expression classes, directed by Miss Evelyn Davis, and the folk dancing and gymnasium classes, directed by Miss Marjorie Schuster.
