Responding to a tip by reader SueDoc, I’ve captured this Stikman located in the southern crosswalk of 18th and K Streets, NW. For those that have sent in other tips, I’m on those trails too.

There was a yellow one in front of Five Guys on Wisconsin Ave. in Georgetown. Sorry – can’t think of the cross street right now. Any idea what these are all about?
